Rosjurconsulting C.E.O. Konstantin N. Svitnev published on his Facebook a demand to the Russian Investigative Committee to make a DNA test between three Philippine children stranded in Russia and their parents.
These three columns of letters and numbers result from a DNA test for paternity in absentia (when parents and their “surrogate” children born in their absence in Russia were separated due to the COVID-19 pandemic). This is a standard procedure that we follow for all babies born to our clients, patients of Russian reproductive clinics, with our company’s assistance.
At any time before giving birth, prospective parents (or a single parent) have a DNA test at the place of residence to prepare their genetic passport. This is a kind of a very complex master key, which, nevertheless, AUTOMATICALLY fits each native genetic “door,” the unique genetic code of each child related by blood with his or her parent. This key will not open any other door since the grooves will not match.
Such a test takes from two to three days. No sharp needles needed to take precious blood from a father or a child for it to be done. It is enough to take a buccal smear by swiping a cotton swab along the inside of the cheek.
Personal presence is not required either. The tests can be done being separated by tens of thousands of kilometers by comparing the results. Neither stamps, nor apostilles, nor lawyers, nor notaries are needed – the results will either match or not. It is impossible to pick the genetic code artificially because it is more complicated than the notorious Enigma encryption machine.
This is the kind of paper that is missing to release the Filipino citizens Arturo and Anika C. and their peer Czandro P. from the Russian state captivity, a hospital for children with organic mental disorders. This is the kind of paper I have been seeking from the “investigation” officers for the past ten months.
The “investigation” officers are not willing to run such a test. They are reluctant. If they do run it, their whole fabricated “case” will burst like a soap bubble, pouring dirty water on all the gold-diggers that have been inflating it with great intensity during all these ten months. And gold shoulder boards with holes perforated for new stars will be torn from their proud shoulders.
I DEMAND from the Russian Investigative Committee to IMMEDIATELY carry out a genetic paternity examination by comparing the DNA test results that confirmed already paternity, a direct genetic link between Philippine parents and their “surrogate” children living already in their families in the Philippines and DNA tests of the three Philippine children still stranded in Russia.
I DEMAND from the Russian Federation’s General Prosecutor’s Office to FINALLY fulfill its SUPERVISION functions and put an end to the lawlessness perpetrated in the Russian Federation’s Investigative Committee!
DO, FINALLY, your job, for which you get PUBLIC, that is, OUR – taxpayers’ money!
